Plan Would Redistribute Corporate Wealth From John Cuniff
AP reports John Perry Jr. proposes HR 5085 National Dividend Plan to freeze corporate taxes at 46 percent and redistribute tax funds per capita to registered voters via local banks. It would halt government spending growth for five years and require a surplus before funds are released. Perry cites civic engagement and fiscal restraint as outcomes.
