Police say a Topeka driver was hospitalized for hypothermia after their car slid off a road, rolled over a bridge, and rested on its roof in a creek. Rescuers freed the trapped driver as temperatures ranged around 19 degrees with a five degree wind chill. The driver’s name was not released.
