Forecasters warn of continued winter conditions as a cold front moves in tonight with flurries and little accumulation. Friday will be the coldest day with highs in the teens and wind chills from 5 to 15 below zero, with the pattern lasting into the weekend. Wednesday quiet snowfall of about 2 inches contributed to slick roads and more accidents than the snow itself, as black ice forms on cold surfaces.
