Salvation Army sees smaller kettle total but spirits stay high
Franklin County's Salvation Army kettle drive raised 11 639.25 at Ottawa area Walmart and Country Mart. Late Thanksgiving shortened bell season and cold weather reduced ringers, costing about 3 500 in potential donations.
