Contest winner joins Ottawa community through writing memory
Katherine Borghardt wins in the Neighbors A Christmas Memory contest and gains publication plus a memory book from Ottawa Herald. Honorable mentions go to Dorothy McClain and Mery Risa of Ottawa and Wellsville with subscriptions. Borghardt's move from Virginia Beach to south Ottawa followed her husband Greg's Midwest job transfer, aided by her Ottawa home purchase and arts council involvement.
