Betty Faye Brooks Brooks died December 21, 2011. Memorial services are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church in Ottawa with graveside to follow. She was born February 9, 1926 in Creighton Missouri, grew up in Linn County Kansas, and worked at Boeing in Wichita and Crown Drug in Ottawa. She married Raymond Brooks on August 12, 1951, and they had five children, Gordon with Vicki, Edgerton. Dennis, Brooks, Tyler, Texas. Susan, Phoenix, Karen with David Schmoe, Eudora. Juliet with Jerry Bugner, Clathe. Survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. preceded by husband and parents. Condolences at www.ottawaherald.com.
