Hayden seeks probe into propane price hikes in Kansas
Governor Mike Hayden urged the Kansas Corporation Commission to investigate the sharp rise in propane prices, from 40 to 85 cents per gallon in Topeka, noting it may be a delivery problem rather than a supply shortage and blaming panic buying by some customers.
