Ottawa Kansas defines city boundary in long ordinance
The city governing body passes Ordinance No 2473 defining Ottawa Kansas territorial limits and repealing Ordinance No 2378. The act describes boundary lines across Franklin County including Section 24 and 25, various townships, streets, rail lines, rivers, and subdivisions. The ordinance becomes effective after passage approval and publication. Mayor Steve Ralph signs as Attest City Clerk Orlin W. Smith.
