Mail Delays After Semi Truck Jackknifes on Icy Route
About 32,000 pounds of Christmas mail were delayed roughly 11 hours when a semi jackknifed into a ditch near Lee Loup interchange on US 19 35. Driver Charles W Ulery, 44, of Iola, escaped injury. A second semi from Tulsa replaced the load. deputies guarded the scene while workers transferred mail.
