In Wichita on Monday night a fire truck en route to a call collided with a car in dense fog. Three occupants of the car were admitted to St Joseph Hospital and two firefighters, Eddie L. Vasco and Robert Cline, were taken to St Francis Hospital in serious or critical condition with chest and internal injuries. Cecilia Childers, 16, sustained internal injuries and her mother Mabel Childers, 35, and sister Donna were injured less seriously.
