Ottawa Retirement Plaza at 1042 West 15th Street resumes new admissions after KDHE lifted an October ban for alleged adult care home violations. The 44 bed facility was fined for several deficiencies found in an Oct 21 24 inspection and a follow up Nov 4 7 inspection. KDHE says deficiencies have been corrected.
