Daryl Altic scored a school single game record 38 points to propel Appanoose past Ottawa Middle School in a 60 to 39 varsity win. The 5-9 eighth grader also grabbed 20 rebounds as Eric Jorgensen, Billy Lyda and Jason O Conner added six each. Kent Eagleman held OMS in check on defense as Appanoose improved to 6-0 while OMS slipped to 0-3.
