Man faces involuntary manslaughter case in wellsville crash
51 year old Roger Neal Shaw of Wellsville is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the July crash that killed Aaron Kichler, 21, of Ottawa. Shaw, arrested last week, had a reported blood alcohol content of 0.11. A preliminary hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. January 15 at Franklin County District Court to determine whether the state has enough evidence to proceed.
