Export Prognosis Criticized at Grain Marketing Seminar
MANHATTAN Kansas AP A spokesman for the North American Export Grain Association says the federal government fixates on export market symptoms, not the underlying problem of global competition, risking a continued decline in agriculture. He urges building a unified Washington lobby and warns cargo rules and dredging would raise costs and hurt exports. Colorado ski area conditions follow.
