Gardner built 22-0 and 52-6 leads to a 52-18 victory over Ottawa High. Ottawa had three varsity winners Steve Phillips Keith McDaniel and Larry Stewart all pinning opponents. Gardner dominated junior varsity 48-17 with three Ottawa wins in that group. They return Jan 10 for a double dual with Olathe North and South.
