Obituaries list Edna Adams death weather altered service

Obituary notices report Edna F Adams death on December 7 with a revised funeral time due to winter weather. The service is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Dengel Son Mortuary, with burial to follow at a later date. Mary C Ray, 53, Princeton, died December 11 at Ransom Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are 10 a.m. Friday at Dengel Son Mortuary with Rev William Weber officiating. She was born February 4, 1947 in Iola to LeRoy and Frances Culbertson. She married John Hill in Iola on December 9 196? and later divorced. She moved to Princeton from Chanute in 1996. She was a homemaker and is survived by her parents, two sons William Hill of Princeton and Phillip Ray of Topeka, and a daughter Terri Ray of Lincoln. A sister Bonnie Henderson died February 10, 1996. Her body will lie in state after 5 p.m. Wednesday at Dengel Son Mortuary, with a 7-8 p.m. Thursday social. Graveside service at 3 p.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery Chanute.

Computerized nose to sniff out land mines developed
