Fort Gibson boy faces six counts in school shooting
Police want prosecutors to file six counts of shooting with intent to kill against Sloan Bain, a 13 year old accused of firing on Fort Gibson Middle School classmates. Four students were wounded Monday and a fifth was injured when a bullet ricocheted. A bullet lodged in a backpack algebra book was found Wednesday, leading to the sixth count recommendation. One student remained hospitalized in good condition.

Programmer admits making virus in Melissa case
David L. Smith, a 31 year old New Jersey programmer, pleaded guilty to multiple state and federal charges for creating the Melissa computer virus.
