Special Gingerbread Class Builds Enchanted Village
Ottawa Recreation Commission hosts a three week course led by Mrs. June Erisman where fifteen women learn to bake, assemble, and decorate structurally sound gingerbread houses. The group creates a magical Christmas village with edible architecture and festive landscapes, finished by transport to homes for display and enjoyment.
