Wellsville U.S.C. 289 school board approves an 18 classroom elementary project costing about 1.931 million with a 1.8 million bond issue. Bermed walls save heating costs, and the design includes a multi purpose room, reinforced storm shelter media center, and potential future junior high use. A site decision on the 40 acre tract northwest of town remains pending after a topographical study.
