Wildcats Aiming To End La Crosse's Championship Reign
Wisconsin La Crosse seeks to defend its NAIA Division II crown facing Baker University in a semifinal. Baker, Heart of America champion from Baldwin City Kansas, carries an 8-1 record and a stingy 203-yard allowed per game defense. Ed Lierz paces Baker, while La Crosse relies on big line play led by Tim Scheibe to open holes for Ted Pretasky who set school rush marks.
