Condemnation suit settled for Interstate 35 land
A landowners appeal against the state highway commission over property along Interstate 35 in the county was settled out of court. The highway commission and Lloyd Neal Pomona RFD 1 and others dismissed the case. About 23 acres involved, settled for 9500 dollars, appraisers had valued the land at 8150 dollars.
