Unique Centennial Project From Cedar Vale Miniature Village
A four year old widow in Cedar Vale Kansas donated her late husband Frank Zimmerman’s miniature Cedar Vale village to the city for the centennial. Volunteers recondition the tiny buildings to display on Main Street under cover, preserving early town life and honoring Zimmerman who started the collection after seeing a toy building in 1931.
