Ottawans join vehicle tax collection discrimination suit
A group of 15 Kansas citizens led by Kurt and Thomas Weigand of Ottawa RFD 3 filed in Shawnee County District Court challenging the staggered vehicle tax system. Granger represents the plaintiffs.
