RMH moves toward affiliating with Shawnee Mission Health
Ransom Memorial Health signs a letter of intent to affiliate with Adventist Health System, parent of Shawnee Mission Health, with a 120 day due diligence period. If approved RMH would join the AHS family in early 2019. The county ownership remains and the Franklin County board would lease to RMH for sublease to AHS.
