PHC completes bathroom remodel for wheelchair family in Kansas
Professionals Helping Children finished a second project this year aiding a home with a vulnerable child. The bathroom was redesigned with a roll in shower and wider entry, and rooms were decorated with University of Kansas decor. A new patio, re stained ramp, landscaping, and fresh linens accompanied the remodel. PHC seeks applicants for 2012 with a Nov. 11 deadline, requiring a child with a disability, financial need, ownership of the home, and week long stay at another location in Franklin County.
