Ottawa Recreation Commission launches Wiggles and Giggles for children 1 to 4 with arts and crafts story times and free and structured play. Sessions run 1 30 p m to 3 p m Tuesday and Thursday at Don Woodward Center 517 E Third St registration may occur anytime during the month. Fee 20 per four week session Story Time and Toddler Time begin at Ottawa Library with no registration required Toddler Time starts Sept 12 and Story Time begins Sept 10 for ages 3 6 and 21 months to 3 years will meet Thursdays with simple finger plays stories and art registrations required for Toddler Times to ensure proper group sizes call the library 242 3080.
