Four killed in Kansas weekend traffic accidents
Four people died in weekend traffic incidents across Kansas. Dennis R. Moncton, 45, of Oswego, was killed when an ambulance transporting his injured daughter and two EMTs was struck by a Union Pacific train near Labette County. Moncton’s daughter and one EMT were seriously hurt, another EMT uninjured. Additional fatalities included Ted Brewer, 35, of Kansas City, missing details, and Theresa L. Haynes, 39, of Holcomb, in separate collisions. A tractor-trailer crash near Blue Rapids claimed Peerless Blakley, 43, of Atoka Oklahoma.

Two Teens Die As Koch Pipeline Blast Sparks Inferno
In Kaufman County Texas a liquid butane pipeline explosion killed 17 year olds Danielle Smalley and Jason Stone as their pickup passed fumes while warning authorities. The fire burned for about 26 hours and then died out. Local residents reported strong gas smells and multiple underground explosions. Koch Industries operates the pipeline from Medford Oklahoma to Mont Belvieu Texas near Houston.
