Apt Testimony By JOSEPHINE LOWMAN
This week I present success stories from my Eight-Week Beauty Improvement Plan, including a reader who lost 21 pounds and 4 inches off the waist and 3 off the abdomen, feeling younger with newfound pep after following calorie counted menus and rewarding herself with non-food treats. A second letter shares that a sister lost 25 pounds on the BSP plan, inspiring the writer to begin the program. readers are urged to order the BIP 1983 booklet or BIP KIT from Josephine Lowman, with pricing and mail-in instructions.
