Richard Oliv er Kemplay 66 of Rantoul died at home Thursday August 22 2002. Funeral 10 a.m. Monday at Wilson and Son Funeral Home Paola. Born May 3 1936 in Sabetha he lived in Woodlawn Corning Paola Osawatomie and Rantoul. Survived by wife Carol Kay Newton, two sons Chris and Kevin, four daughters and seven grandchildren. Memorials to Ottawa University Library. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Sunday. He was a mechanic and Ex-FO Eagles member. Burial in Paola.
