Mission trip highlights from Ottawa church youths and adults
Youths and adults from First Baptist Church of Ottawa joined 25 members on a mission trip to New Orleans Lower Ninth Ward collaborating with American Baptist Home Missions. They cleaned, rebuilt, did yard work, drywall, tiling, shelving, and door hanging while conducting grocery access surveys and church cleanups. Another group of about 42 Ottawa travelers toured Montana sites including Yellowstone, Yosemite-like viewings, a Teton float trip, Last Chance trolley ride in Helena, Little Bighorn battlefield, and Missoula carousel.
