Born August 26 1923 in Parker to James and Nona Cockrill he lived in Linn and Miami Counties. Survived by sister Thelma Pringly, Osawatomie. Burial at Osawatomie Cemetery. Body lies in state from 1:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Jean Marie Floersch died August 19, 2003 at her Ottawa home after a life as a farm wife and homemaker. She taught in IdeKson and Wabaunsée counties before marrying Mathias Floersch in 1952. Survived by husband, two sons, four daughters, 23 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a brother, a sister, and a grandson. Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Ottawa Saturday at 11 a.m. Burial at Mt Calvary Cemetery. Memorials to Sacred Heart Church or Midland Hospice.
