In Rockingham County Superior Court Exeter New Hampshire Patrick Randall 18 pleaded guilty as an accomplice to second degree murder in the 1990 killing of Gregory Smart husband of a high school counselor Janeta Smart. Randall testified that Mrs Smart manipulated Flynn to kill her husband. Flynn was sentenced to 28 years to life Lattime 19 got 18 years to life for aiding in the crime.
