Witness Matt Lowry described seeing a gun fired by Mark Sherman at Sky Cadarette during a July 10 shooting at a house in Ottawa. The Franklin County District Court bound Sherman over for arraignment and he is set to enter a plea at 3 p.m. Monday in Ottawa.
