Franklin County August 2002 Commission Minutes and Canvass

Franklin County Board met in regular session chaired by John E Taylor with all five commissioners present. Actions included approving payroll change 02 309 for Ryan Richeson and waiving Teresa Yohe building permit fees after her home burned. A subsequent special session canvassed the August 6 2002 primary with 9 precincts reporting provisional counts and three provisional counted, canvass completed at 10 30 with adjournment.
