Automatic withholding for Social Security taxes
Mike Devlin explains an optional program for eight million Social Security beneficiaries to have taxes automatically withheld from monthly payments. The Voluntary Withholding Request Form W-4V is available via IRS and SSA, with the choice of withholding percentage, and can be submitted by mail or in person.
