Elvis the peregrine falcon keeps 18th floor perch at Knoxville Hilton
Elvis the peregrine falcon, nicknamed for his sideburn pattern, will stay atop Knoxville's downtown Hilton as the hotel updates its signs. Hilton managers reached an agreement to keep one 18th floor logo, while Elvis continues to hunt starlings and pigeons from the perch above Fort Loudoun Lake. The falcon, still a bachelor, may soon be joined by a mate, Priscilla.

Born October 15 1932 in Quenemo she worked for Parmalee Plastics and Bruce’s Manufacturing in Ottawa. Survived by four sons Lyle Kevin Eric Doty and David. daughters Brenda Hernandez Katherine Watkins Karla Trammell and Lois Standing Cloud. two brothers David and Michael Mollett. 23 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
