James D. Fidler, 37, Kansas City, Mo., was arrested by highway patrol for speeding yesterday on US 5500 north of Ottawa while en route to a national elimination tournament in Nevada Mo. He is set to appear in county court Saturday. Also noted is a patrol report of a Taunton Mass vacation and local traffic violators including Arnold Horne and Larry Stewart with brief details.
Funeral services for Edward T. McGrath will be held at St Therese Catholic Church in Richmond with Father Owen Cote presiding at 9 am Thursday. A rosary will be recited at the Farm Home near Richmond at 8 pm Wednesday followed by interment at Mt Calvary Cemetery in Holton Kansas.
Towa failed to appear yesterday to pay traffic fines. Drunk John Basel Baldwin was paroled for one year on a charge of being drunk and paid a $25 fine for carrying an open bottle. Susan Kay Honn underwent eye surgery at K U Medical Center.
