Budget keeps costs flat amid tax lid and long term radio lease
County officials praise a flat budget despite rising costs and the 10 year radio system lease purchase. The plan aims to iron out the project costs and maintain low operating expenses while courting development partners in the Kansas City area. Officials credit team vision and department cuts to fund future projects and improve infrastructure, forecasting a marketable site once infrastructure is in place.
