Leavenworth lockdown deepens after yard disturbance
At Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary authorities locked down inmates and removed all weight lifting equipment after a fight in the recreation yard left 40 inmates involved. Guards fired warning shots into the ground as 29 shots were used to quell the disturbance while FBI and officials investigate potential charges.
