RC and D Discuss Landfills and Resort Plans

Lake Region RC and D members met in Garnett to approve two promotions. They discussed combining RC D and regional planning, noted counties pursuing road landfills as flood control and water sources, and endorsed promoting a state resort complex at Melvern Lake.
