Medals Elude OHS At Shawnee Mission North Relays
Ottawa High teams struggled for medals at the 28th Shawnee Mission North Relays. Cyclone boys placed fourth in the 2 mile and mile relays, fifth in the 980 relay, and had top individuals like Keith Skidmore and Alan Keefer finishing sixth in their events. Girls set several meet records but Ottawa’s Julie Buick did not compete due to a Cytone music trip. Next meet is the East Kansas League in Olathe Friday.
