Fritz Wortman, 54, a businessman at Creason Tarplet near K-68 and I-35, won 100000 in the Powerball Lottery drawing. He matched all five regular numbers but not the Powerball. Wortman bought the ticket in a local convenience store in Olathe and learned of the win Monday. he has no plans yet for the money.
