Death of Arthur Clyde Burns at 74 in Ottawa
Arthur Clyde Burns 74 of 716 S Elm Ottawa died at 2 30 am today after a two month illness. He was a farmer and stockman raised around Ottawa. Services set for 2 pm Saturday at Towner Chapel with burial in Highland He was born December 11 1893 in Ottawa son of Willis and Sarah Burns. He married Vaughn Channel July 14 1915 who died May 14 1964. Surviving are three sons Clarence Dale and Rezin Burns two daughters Thelma Hopkins Carolee Burgoon Norma Wolf June Crockett 23 grandchildren eight great grandchildren five brothers and one sister. Numerous notices follow including admissions dismissals and local court actions.
