Pomona Kansas Ordinance authorizes housing finance cooperation
The City of Pomona Kansas passes Ordinance No 438 to join with Sedgwick County under the Kansas Local Residential Housing Finance Law to issue single family mortgage revenue bonds. The cooperation agreement authorizes the issuer and cooperating jurisdiction to carry out the housing program and related actions. The ordinance takes effect after publication.
