Woman dies in crash near Richmond
A 34 year old Osawatomie woman Jessica D Elmquist was killed in a one vehicle wreck on Cloud Road near Richmond about 7 30am Thursday. The Honda Accord drifted off the road struck a concrete barrier rail rolled into a north ditch and she was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities note Franklin County has seen five fatalities in two months, rivaling total 2016 with seven deaths.
