Families Alive and Well Says Manhattan Counselor
Dr. Anthony Jurich of Kansas State University told Ottawa Kiwanis Club that reports of the American family’s death are exaggerated. He argued families remain a vital social unit with duties including bearing children socialization and affection, while noting changes due to technology and living standards. Jurich emphasized enduring family roles, education within the home, and the value of seeking help when needed.
