The Bottle House set to open as Ottawa event space
Renovations proceed at The Bottle House in Ottawa’s downtown, housed in the former Coca Cola bottling plant. Organizer Melinda Heyn says delays stem from paperwork and history society requirements as plans include a rustic industrial interior, a bar with full liquor, sound systems, and catering kitchen. The venue aims to host 50 to 500 guests this fall for weddings, corporate events, and parties.
