A 36 year old Pomona man, Douglas A Totton, appeared for first appearance continuation after a March 26 two car crash at 15th and Eisenhower. Totton faces eight charges including aggravated battery, DWI, license suspension, open container transport, stop sign failure and no insurance. The Woodruffs in the other car, Kirstie Woodruff born stillborn, Rebecca delivered by C section after accident. Special prosecutor request noted for Max and Rebecca Woodruff and their 3 year old daughter. Totton bond $20,000 remained unchanged. he was jailed for not posting.
