Jury selection begins in Skakel murder trial in Norwalk

The first day of Michael Skakel’s murder trial exposed jurors’ concerns over the time elapsed, sympathy for Martha Moxley’s mother, and views of the Kennedy clan. Two jurors were seated as questions about circumstantial evidence and the lack of required motive were posed by Prosecutor Benedict and defense attorney Sherman.
