INCREASED HEIGHTFOR BIG DAM ASKEDThe Metropolitan Water District I Board has ordered resolutions to be drawn up asking that the height of Boulder Dam be increased from 550 j feet, to G75 feet in order to gain an additional 100,000 horsepower. Because of the battle that has started over the allocations of power, the dam should be built as high as feasible, according to Chairman Whitsett and Chief Engineer Weymouth.
